柔性电子材料及器件,包括:

  • 铁电/压电聚合物及其在非易失性存储、微能量采集和触觉/温度/声传感等领域的应用。

  • 有机和非晶氧化物薄膜晶体管器件及其多模态(接近、接近等)传感应用。

  • 微纳3D打印技术开发,含近场电纺及基于电化学原理的微区金属增材制造。
